But can girls stop with this obsession of “I Don’t Mind” by Defeater as this sort of love song? Clearly you don’t listen to anything else by the band because you’d understand it’s not some cutesy love song. It’s about a man whose girlfriend was killed as a result of his inability to pay off the debt his deceased-father owed a bookie.
Maybe it’s just me, but what’s “sweet”...
